By visiting startupstambh.com, submitting an enquiry form, signing a proposal, or making payment, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

If you engage us on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

StartupStambh provides business consultancy and advisory services for MSMEs and startups in India, including but not limited to:

• Business registration (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, partnership, NGO, Section 8)
• Trademark, patent, and copyright coordination
• GST, MSME/Udyam, and regulatory compliance support
• Government scheme and funding application assistance
• Certifications (DPIIT, ISO, FSSAI, GeM, and related)
• Digital marketing, web, and technology services where separately agreed

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents
• Respond promptly to clarification requests from our team or authorities
• Pay agreed fees through official StartupStambh payment channels only
• Not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false applications
• Comply with applicable laws in your business activities
• Review drafts and filings before authorising submission where client approval is required

Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payment schedules (advance, milestone, or full) are specified in your engagement letter.

• Payments must be made only to official accounts of StartupStambh Private Limited via NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, UPI, or verified payment gateways listed on our website
• Cash payments and transfers to personal accounts are not accepted
• Government fees, stamp duty, and third-party charges are typically separate unless included in writing
• Late payments may pause work until accounts are settled
• Taxes (GST) apply as per applicable law and appear on invoices where registered

Our services are provided on an advisory and facilitation basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee loan approvals, scheme sanctions, registration timelines, or specific monetary outcomes
• Decisions by MCA, GST, banks, NBFCs, and government departments are independent of StartupStambh
• Information on our website may become outdated when rules change—we update in good faith but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy
• Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded under Indian law

All website content, branding, templates, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of StartupStambh or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Documents prepared specifically for your engagement (e.g. MOA drafts, application packs) are for your use upon full payment, subject to any third-party template restrictions.

Either party may terminate an engagement as per the signed agreement or with written notice where no contract exists. Upon termination:

• Fees for work already performed and non-refundable government charges remain payable
• We will hand over completed deliverables upon settlement of outstanding amounts
• Refund eligibility follows our Refund and Cancellation policies
• We may suspend or terminate website access for users who violate these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws where applicable.

We encourage resolving disputes amicably by contacting us first at the email below before initiating legal proceedings.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
